Here is the most exclusive piece from Soy's most exclusive line, the Pure Solid Silver Cookware line.

As Silver is the most heat-conducting metal in the Universe, you are looking at the most ideal piece of cookware on this planet.

Only our Silver-Plated AT-class copper cookware can come close to their performance

These items are rondeau pans of 3.0mm professional thicknesses, for making anything. They outperform our Pro Rondeaus Pans by 17% on heat conductivity on a tridimensional scale, meaning that the final performance is eve) and are more resistant to corrosion and oxydation as well. This makes them the ideal cookware for on-board use, and for places with high humidity, such as in sea-front estates.

The main difference of this line with Soy's regular AT-Class Cookware line is that they consist entirely of heavy-gauge 3.0mm - 999 Carat Pure Silver.

For the general product characteristics, please refer here:

*Differences from the Regular 3.0mm Copper Product*

  • The Silver Body:

Will be entirely made by hand on order, starting from 3.0 mm Silver Sheets rolled from Pure Silver Ingots, cast by ourselves, the form will then be shaped entirely by hammer and mallet, until the ideal shape is reached.

***For a more detailed view of the entire manufacturing processes of a Soy Solid Silver product, please watch this video:

-Silver is the metal with the best heat conductivity in our Universe as we know it, making it also the most ideal material for any cookware or coffeeware or barware.

-Our Silver is Pure (999‰) and is NOT Sterling (925‰) -an alloy of Silver with other metals- it henceforth does not carry any of the inconveniences of 92.5% Unpure Sterling Silver.

-Each product will come with an analysis certificate.

-Aside of being a prime piece of professional cookware, these items are very good investment, as Silver is a precious commodity metal, that has immediate resell value, may one need to resell it.

-You may use them as recklessly as you wish, they will never defect on you, even if our products look like jewelry.

  • The Handles:

-Are cast from our own patented alloy of bronze, and have superior refractive qualities that keep it relatively cold and touchable when the pan is on blazing fire.

-Are then mounted on the pan using 5x Pure Silver rivets, after being bathed to gain a 50µ Copper Plating, that will give it its distinctive pinkish hue, unique to us in the Industry:

Why do you use copper and silver?

Silver is by far the most conductive metal on Earth. Copper is a close second! This is because silver and copper only have one valence electron, which is free to move around with little resistance. As a result, both copper and silver are fantastic electric and thermal conductors.

How should I use copper cookware?

The biggest perk about copperware is its amazing thermal conductivity. It heats incredibly fast, diffusing equally all the way to the edges of your copperware. However, remove it from the fire and it cools swiftly, giving you ultimate control of your cooking. The perfectly even heat distribution all around the cooking utensil granted by silver and copper will make an enormous difference on your cooking; so that your rice will never burn and stick, your sauces and stews will never remain without consistency, your egg whites will rise in a matter of seconds, melting chocolate or making Turkish Delight at home will be a piece of cake and the flavor of your dairy desserts will praised by everyone.

My Soy has changed colors / has stains

  • Given the nature of the metal, both copper and silver
will change color and tarnish as they get used & upon contact with air,
    water, and acidic ingredients.
  • This is totally normal and doesn't affect cooking
    properties.
  • They are still safe to use and there is no health
    risks.
  • If you want to get them back to their original state,
just rub your Soy with a lemon sliced in half, covered with table salt or
    baking soda.
  • Rinse it with warm water, dry it and voila!
  • As with cart-iron skillets, a light coating of oil
before storing protects it over time.
  • This method works on both copper and silver
  • You can also clean your Soy with ashes (cigarette ash,
    fireplace ash, etc.)
  • You can also always use food-safe silver polish
  • We recommend brands like Hagerty or Goddard's
  • Please watch our video on how to clean your Soy products
