YÇK Solid Copper Round Bottom Bowl for Whisking and Confectionery

Behold the ultimate pastry making tool!

The Soy YÇK-Class round-bottom bowls are thicker, harder and sturdier than their European counterparts, while possessing a more refined yet function-oriented design, patented by our owner.

Their true function comes out as Solid Copper will react with the proteins chains in the Egg-whites and different sugars so that you'll experience a very quick rise in your whisk, that can be until 2 to 3 times faster compared to a similar Stainless Steel product. 

You will truly enjoy making sweets and desserts with your Soy YÇK Bowl, whether on top of air, fire or ice.

The rings are of our own patented alloy of Wax-Cast Solid Bronze, painstakingly filed by hand by our artisans that come from Jeweler backgrounds, and will basically last a lifetime.

They are mounted on the main body with 2 rivets each made of Solid Copper and are extremely sturdy, yet easily removable by us if maintenance is needed.

Thicknesses: 

-1.5 millimeters for the YÇK15, YÇK20 and YÇK25

-2.0 millimeters for the YÇK30

-If you want a custom name engraving (by hand, not exceeding 20 characters),  please add 'Engraving' item to your cart.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Do NOT use this product to cook any savory dishes as it is made, as the name says, only with Unlined Solid Copper. Only use it to make sweets and confectionery.

Heritage Warranty on all Soy Products

All Soy products are subject to their signature "Heritage Warranty" in each and every aspect, from the lining to the raw material.

The warranty is not only valid for the lifetime of the buyer, but will also keep full validity for all future generations that have inherited the Soy product.

All the user has to do is to register the serial number stamped on the bottom of the cookware product on our website digitally or by email - instructions included on the information sheet.
This step is not required for Soy Pastryware Coffeeware and Barware products.

If the Soy product is purchased from one of our official distributors, please make sure that the warranty card is always stamped and signed. 

To be able to enjoy the "Heritage Warranty", please always keep your stamped warranty card and invoice.

The warranty will be void if there’s a misuse or if it is from user error.

The Soy Heritage Warranty©️ is only valid for personal / home use.
Professional users will not be able to enjoy free maintenance / repair.

The maintenance / repair will always be free of charge if the conditions above are met.
The shipping costs (to our factory & back) are covered by the Soy user.

Use:

• Please contact us for use on induction
• Do not use your Soy in the microwave, copper & silver are metals after all!
• Do not use metal utensils or scratch your Soy as it will remove the plating Hand-wash your Soy and do not put in the diswasher.
• Use mild dishwashing soap and do not use metal sponges or the green side of the sponge

Care:

• Given the nature of the metal, both copper and silver will change color and tarnish as they get used & upon contact with air, water, and acidic ingredients.
•  This is totally normal and doesn't affect cooking properties.
• They are still safe to use and there is no health risks.
• If you want to get them back to their original state, just rub your Soy with a lemon sliced in half, covered with table salt or baking soda.
• Rinse it with warm water, dry it and voila!
• As with cart-iron skillets, a light coating of oil before storing protects it over time.
• This method works on both copper and silver.
• You can also clean your Soy with ashes (cigarette ash, fireplace ash, etc.).You can also always use food-safe silver polish.
• We recommend brands like Hagerty or Goddard's.
